# How can I cancel a service?

We are sorry to see you go. To cancel a service, follow the instructions below:

* VDS/VDS Pro/VPS:
1. Login to the Control Panel by visiting [https://cp.vshield.pro/servers](https://cp.vshield.pro/servers)
2. Select the "Manage" button on the relevant server
3. Select the "Settings" tab, and then select the "Delete server" button. The server will now be destroyed. 

* Web Hosting: 
1. Login to the Control Panel by visiting [https://cp.vshield.pro/services](https://cp.vshield.pro/services)
2. Select the "Cancel service" button next to the relevant service. The service will be destroyed within 24/48 hours of the request being lodged. 

* Dedicated Servers: 
1. Login to the Control Panel by visiting [https://cp.vshield.pro/services](https://cp.vshield.pro/services)
2. Select the "Cancel service" button next to the relevant service. The service will be destroyed within 24/48 hours of the request being lodged.
