# How can I reset my password?

To reset your account password, follow the instructions below:

1. Head to our Password Reset page by visiting [https://cp.vshield.pro/lostpassword](https://cp.vshield.pro/lostpassword)
2. Enter your email address in the required field and select the "Reset Password" button.
3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. After clicking the link, enter and confirm your new password. Bear in mind, your password must contain at least:
* 1 uppercase letter
* 1 number 
* Be at least 12 characters long
