How can I cancel a service?

We are sorry to see you go. To cancel a service, follow the instructions below:

VDS/VDS Pro/VPS:
Login to the Control Panel by visiting https://cp.vshield.pro/servers
Select the "Manage" button on the relevant server
Select the "Settings" tab, and then select the "Delete server" button. The server will now be destroyed.

Web Hosting:
Login to the Control Panel by visiting https://cp.vshield.pro/services
Select the "Cancel service" button next to the relevant service. The service will be destroyed within 24/48 hours of the request being lodged.

Dedicated Servers:
Login to the Control Panel by visiting https://cp.vshield.pro/services
Select the "Cancel service" button next to the relevant service. The service will be destroyed within 24/48 hours of the request being lodged.
