Do you offer refunds?

As part of our Customer Satisfaction approach, we are pleased to offer Change of Mind refunds for services. Please see below for service specific intervals:

VDS/VDS Pro/VPS servers: You can request a refund within 72 hours (3 days) after your server is activated. Please note, we can either refund your order to vShield Credits (instant), to be used on another service or to your original payment method (3-7 business days). To request a refund, contact us on Discord by visiting discord.gg/vshield

Web Hosting: You can request a refund within 72 hours (3 days) after your Web Hosting is activated. We only offer 50% refunds for Web Hosting services given the setup costs. Please note, we can either refund your order to vShield Credits (instant), to be used on another service or to your original payment method (3-7 business days). To request a refund, contact us on Discord by visiting discord.gg/vshield

Dedicated Servers: Dedicated Servers are non refundable.

Credits: We do not offer refunds for credits purchased on our website.
