How do I open a Discord ticket?

To open a Discord ticket, follow the steps below:

If you are not currently a member of our Discord Server, please join by visiting https://discord.gg/vshield
Navigate to the #need-help channel and select the appropriate numbered option for your query (ticket options are shown below). A ticket will now be opened on your behalf. Then go to the newly created ticket channel and explain your query/concern. Please be patient and we will address your ticket as soon as our Support Team are next available.
