How do I generate an identification token?

When you contact our Support Team across our various contact methods, we may request your Identification Token. This is a token linked to your vShield Control Panel account to verify your authority to make changes to the servers/services on your account, or the account itself. Please note, this is not to be shared with anyone else who is not a part of the vShield Support Team. To generate an identification token, follow the steps below:

Login to the Control Panel by visiting https://cp.vshield.pro
Navigate to cp.vshield.pro/identify
Select the "Generate Token" button. A token will be generated and show in the field above. Copy this code and provide to the Support Team when requested. Please note, this is not to be shared with anyone else who is not a part of the vShield Support Team.
